Senior Solutions was suggested to me by a social worker at an area rehab facility. I reached out looking for help identifying high quality home health services in the town my parents live. I began working with Rick over a year ago, with absolutely no idea where to begin with my parents housing situation. We didn't know what level of care they needed, and as we would eventually be moving them from out of state, we didn't even know exactly which suburb to focus on depending which family member they would be closest to! Rick made a really difficult process so much easier. He is so well-known in the senior living industry, so it was like being introduced to the different communities by an old friend. Rick listened to all of our requirements and helped me narrow down the right place for my mom. He went with me on all the tours and that made things so much less stressful.
